Dear Carolyn,

Just wanted to let you know that you have my permission to share my letter...if I could help one person by allowing them to read my testimonial to the Attacking Anxiety and Depression program, that would be a wonderful feeling for me. I know how inspired I was when I read others testimonials. I hope I can be of help to someone else who is crippled by this disorder. I would hate to think what the rest of my life would be like if I did not take action and order this program...

I have read FROM PANIC TO POWER. I found it very inspiring and very helpful. Looking forward to reading LIFE WITHOUT LIMITS. I will be putting it on my Christmas list. Speaking of Christmas, I am going to try to get to New York this year to see the Christmas Show. Heard a lot about it. Can't wait to see it for myself.

Sincerely,
Ann DeLucca
(Ann's testimonial letter will be in the next Less Stress Press 16 page newsletter. For subscription and ordering call: 800-944-9460)

WEDNESDAY WISDOM WEEKLY MEETING
Every Wednesday morning the staff gathers for a brief, hopefully thought provoking, inspiring few moments. :-) Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety staffers get stressed too. :-) Recently our topic was, Good Stress Managers... They were to finish the sentence. I would like to share some of their brilliant 'fill ins.'

• A good stress manager's motto: "You can not change your past only learn from it. You can change your future, but for now,
live in the present and have fun with it and cherish every moment."
• Listen to soft, relaxing music and hum. (The vibrations from humming are Very soothing.)
• Listen to music while cleaning - clears cobwebs inside and out.
• Talk it over with the two people that are most closest to you.
• Dance! Humor Exercise Organize Stay positive.
• Don't dwell on things we can't change.
• Accept that everyone deals with situations differently.
• A good stress manager: listens and thinks carefully before reacting, talks about their worries/problems instead of keeping
them bottled inside, never tries to induce stress but tries to defer it when possible, looks for help when available instead of
  trying to do everything themselves.
• Vent Garden Read to escape for a bit. Take a drive.
• Whine better!
• Don't feel guilty when you say, "No."
• Don't procrastinate.
• K.I.S.S. Calgon! Don't self-medicate.
• Don't internalize others' problems.
• A good stress manager uses relaxation techniques, can see the positive even in a bad situation, and isn't afraid to leave a   negative situation/person.
• Clean the car, house...
• A good stress manager shares their "story" with those who need a "story." In doing so the manager further manages herself   more positively...and is blessed as those whom she has blessed.
• Live, Love and Laugh

It's not too early to make a resolution...let's read this list once a week through the holidays.
