The 15 audio lessons cover such topics as; ending panic attacks, positive self-talk, realistic expectations, diet, exercise, nutrition, anger, assertiveness, 'what-if' thinking, guilt, obsessive scary thoughts, medication and alcohol, change, time management, set backs, and more.

Coaching Videos

These coaching videos are personal video sessions with Lucinda and will tap into her motivational genius. The coaching videos will provide you insight and inspiration throughout the 15 session course. Ten to fifteen minutes of dialogue corresponds to each AA&D lesson

A candid, intimate one-on-one session with Lucinda talking about her life and personal experience with anxiety and depression and teaching you the skills you need to overcome your personal challenges like she did. These videos also outline the main objective for the week keeping the participant motivated and focused on the lesson at hand..
