The Midwest Center Personal Coaching Program: The quickest way to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be tomorrow.

There is nothing more important to us than helping you overcome your challenges with anxiety and depression.

We've been there and understand exactly what you are going through. The ups and the downs, the good days and the bad... The periods of excitement, and those moments of despair and frustration...

It's not easy to face our fears and limitations head on. It's not easy to change our way of thinking. It's not easy breaking unhealthy habits, especially after years of living this way.

Nothing in life worth having comes easy. Healthy relationships, a happy family life, a satisfying career, financial security - most all true blessings in life involve a fair amount of effort and even difficulty.

If you are struggling to make strides on your own; if fear or lack of motivation is holding you back from reaching your dreams, the Midwest Center Personal Coaching Program may be the answer you're looking for.

The Midwest Center Personal Coaching Program was developed in the fall of 1996 to meet the specialized needs of our clients.

"I'm so grateful for all the help, support, and patience... This is the best investment
I've made in my life."
- Liliana

Some clients turn to Personal Coaching to overcome a specific challenge they are facing such as low self esteem, IBS, fear of driving, obsessive thinking, or sleep problems, for example. Some turn to Personal Coaching because they wish to achieve a specific goal; to lose that excess weight, to build the courage to enroll in college, or to leave an unfulfilling career for a more rewarding one.

We had one coaching client that dreamed of one day adopting a baby from a foreign country but couldn't get past the apprehension and uncertainly of such a permanent change.

And some people are just looking for that extra motivation and accountability that only working with a Midwest Center Personal Coach can provide.

Your Personal Coach will provide the wisdom, inspiration, and expertise to guide you beyond your avoidances and imagined limitations so your can realize your goals and true potential.

"The coaching program is just the best"
- Paris

One of our Personal Coaches probably put it best when she said a personal coach serves as a mirror, a mirror to help you see yourself in a healthier, more realistic light. See, when we're in the midst of our own struggle we tend to filter our self-image and potential through the blurred lens of our negative thinking. We're constantly working against the tide of our negative habits as we try to change; overdoing, overreacting, over thinking... so we're always overloaded. This makes it difficult to concentrate and focus on our strengths and what we need to do.

Using baby steps and a concrete action plan, a personal coach helps guide the client through the clutter of their own negativity, fear, and resistance to change. Your coach will help you see the capabilities you haven't recognized before. He or she will point out your strengths and demonstrate how you ARE capable, courageous, intelligent, and creative, thus building the confidence you need to change and realize your dreams.

In addition to the wisdom and experience of your own personal coach, the Midwest Center Personal Coaching Program also includes:

  The Personal Coaching Manual
14 weekly coaching sessions with your personal coach
  From Panic to Power book
Additional educational material(s) recommended by your coach based
on your specific situation and needs

To learn more, call and spend 15-30 minutes with one of our coaching staff members, there is no obligation. They will talk to you about what has worked for you, what hasn't, and determine if Personal Coaching is right for you.

Your success in finding happiness and peace of mind is important to us. So if you're struggling to build a life that is more balanced, personally satisfying, productive and fun, pick up the phone and give us a call. We're here for you.
